What started out in 1997 as an investment venture, has blossomed in the last nine years into a mission. Signature Investments, the proprietorship venture of Mr. Neeraj Monga, has grown into a company of diverse activities, covering a wide field of activities.

Publishing of a monthly magazine – Properties N YOU – covering different aspects of the Real Estate Business;

P N Y  CLUB, a platform for like-minded people in the Real Estate Business.

Signature Projects & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is the new identity which this venture has taken. Its Corporate Office is located in the heart of the capital of India, at 47 / 9, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi – 11 00 60.

Currently the hub center of all this activities employs over fifty people. People who have fire in their belly – to serve, a desire in their hearts – to achieve and a mission in their minds – to excel. Because we at S P & I P L  believe that “ONE WHO EXCEEDS, EVENTUALLY SUCCEEDS”.

Currently we are present in all the major towns & cities of Northern and Western India, through our dedicated team of Area Representatives, Associates and Franchisee, who are covering the Real Estate Business in their respective places and are providing valuable inputs to our clients and members.

Soon we aim to cover the major towns and cities of Southern India. By the end of 2007, we shall have an India wide base of Area Representatives, Associates and Franchisee, to provide you everything related to Real Estate Business.
