This space offers them an opportunity to showcase their product and seek collaboration from the other party. PROPOSAL  FOR  COLLABORATION
FOR
SHOPPING  COMPLEX  WITH  MULTIPLEX
ON  MAIN  N H  -  1  AT  KHANNA , PUNJAB.

 The Project requires developing a world class Shopping Complex, with a 4 Screen Multiplex, in Khanna, one of the most upcoming township of prosperous Punjab. Located on the Main N H – 1, passing through the heart of the township, it is approachable by the local residents and shall also be a star attraction for the users of the highway.

 Total Floor Area of the Complex shall be 1,10,000 Sq. ft., spread over Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor & Third Floor. It shall have a Two-level Underground parking facility. Shopping Complex will be on the Ground Floor & First Floor. Thre will be a Food Court on the Second Floor. The 4 Screen Multiplex will be on the Second & the Third Floors.

 It shall be serviced by Four Escalators, on each floor and shall have Two Glass Panelled Lifts, offering a full view of the entire shopping complex and food plaza. In the center of the complex, there will be an open courtyard with a Sky View Dome.

 The Design of the complex will be made by a renowned Architect. Construction will be A-class, as per international standards and shall be entrusted to a contractor of repute and experience in the field.

 The Total Cost of the Project shall be Rs. 3600.00 Lacs and it shall be completed in two years time, after the Sanction of the Building Plan by the concerned authority.

 Floor wise distribution of the Carpet Area shall be :
